The inspiration for the name “SubAura” came from the Latin phrase, ferre sub aura, meaning to make known. We have combined different technologies to create a service that determines the location of a vehicle, boat or other asset and makes it known - to yourself, your family and friends or, to your colleagues.

SubAura is a sophisticated tracking system, yet it is simple and intuitive to use. It brings together three key elements:

• A GPS-enabled device. Our range ensures there is one to meet every requirement, for private or industrial use.
• Wireless airtime, for the device to communicate with our website. Some of our devices use mobile phone networks, while others use satellite. This means we can provide affordable coverage, from local to near-global.
• This tracking website. Using your own secure login, you can edit your account, manage your device and view its position on a map. There are lots of other features, including creating a geofence, setting triggers and defining email or text alerts.
